For my S13 coupe I'm interested in purchasing some WORK CR kai 17x9 wheels in a +17 offset.

Before I order these wheels, I want to make sure there won't be any rubbing on the inside.

I know I'll have to cut, roll, flare, or even add over fenders on the outside.

So, is anyone out there running this wheel or a similar width and offset?

no need for fender flares, cut, or pulling... just a decent roll and you should be good to go

You probably know this, but just making sure: the 17x9's only come in 5 lug. Have you done a 5 lug conversion? If so, go for it.

I haven't done the conversion yet - just picking out wheels, since I'll need some anyway when I convert. I'm doing it all at once.

nah... you can get a custom pcd if you speak to an authorized dealer. for example, ravspeconline.com charges like $200-300 for a 4x114.3 in any of the offered sizes.

PCD? Whats that? I'm gonna get really happy if you say something that lets you mount 5x114.3 wheels on your 4x114.3 hubs...

pitch circle diameter or something like that.

basically... you pay the dealer extra dough to get a custom 4x114.3 pitch

Well if that's the case, and it's 2-300 extra per wheel, might as well do the 5 lug swap, right?

be aware though that if you order wheels that are custom like that you will have to wait for them to come in, which could be fine if you dont already have the conversion stuff lol

Thinking about ordering a custom set in 4-lug in the very exact size and offset for my hatch... Does anybody have any good pics of these installed on a hatch, I saw the coupe pic request thread and got a good idea from that thread... But any pics of these wheels will be greatly appreciated...
