The real world is being young and able to look forward to so many things, to still be growing as a person and have so many opportunities ahead of you.
The dream world is to slave away 9-5 and watch your life get divided up into time slots to accomplish tasks you don't find fun or interesting at all. Then comes all those lovely things like kids, arthritis, mortgage payments...etc.
Sorry to wax philosophical here, I'm just old and envious. Congrats!

In hindsight, college was a big waste of time for me. I had fun and learned some stuff, but I could have achieved the same results today without spending 4 years of my life putzing around and getting boozed up (and spending a lot of $).
If I had to do it all over again, I would travel the world between the years 18 and 22, learn as many languages as possible, meet as many people, see as much of the world as I could before age and responsibility begin to take their toll.
