Well I am very excited to say after 6 years and being on my second 240sx I will finally be getting a turbo! I should be ordering it on Thursday barring any screw ups. I decided to go with Greddy kit since it was the best solution for me as a DIY and the pretuned e-Manage. Then it will take me for ever to install it since my only free day out of the week is Sunday. plus it is the cheapest kit.

best of luck with the kit, be patient as possible with the install, if you can get the oil drain and feed out of the way beforehand it makes things smoother, trust me I kicked my own *** for not doing it like I planned.

emanage huh, let us know how that goes, I've heard good/bad but no personal experience. get the kit in/on and let us know how it feels...

Yeah, the oil drain was the first thing I did then i capped it off while still normally aspirated. Hope you have fun installing it and keep us updated!

What's your power goal? I don't like the greddy kit for it's price. Rather get a revhard/jgs mani then get turbo. ebay fmic, hks bov, tial wastegate, and enthalpy ecu.... How much is the kit your looking at, link?

f*** that kit peice one together for that price....

as for the egr just get a mani, weld on as many egr bungs as you would like. IF thats the only reason....

as said IDK about emanage, I'd trust a blind tuen from enthalpy or eghey honestly, I dont like piggy backs so I'm bias.

that kit isnt gonna be good for 300 to the wheels with those injectors I dont believe anyhow.

Then don't waste the money, and do it right the first time. How much total will you be spending?

I would go with a JGS manifold and downpipe. T3/T4 turbo .48ar. 550cc injectors. Ecu tune. SR20 FMIC kit off ebay... etc.. Might come out to more though.

But with a ECU tune you will be able to run any boost level you want, and with those injectors you could put down 250hp or up the boost and run 350hp without changing anything.

well i have gone through a lot of searching and ultimately this will be the kit for me. i have looked at jgs iap xs engineering ams and all those but since i have so much else going on this comes out to the cheapest decent setup for me with out having to spend all of my money
