Glad to hear, but was there any real concern it wouldn't pass?

On a somewhat related topic, I've always wondered what good/clean numbers say about the overall health of the motor?

wow... i thought jesdas Q still had a bad injector..... Impressive.....

I remember tech saying that this car gives off so little CO that you couldnt kill yourself if it was well maintained.

Never really doubted the car, although it did stall twice yesterday after semi-hard braking.... *shrug*

But I would think, that a clean run on the smog test will indicate, that most sensors are up to par, doing their job, and the motor is relatively clean inside (valves etc....)

I was thinking there might be one that was bad/going bad because of the intermittent vibration whthin the cabin. But, since the front upper links are so badly worn, I'm still betting, its the transmission/engine mounts first. It does happen at about 1500~2100 rpm. Or could even be the old front tires put on the car.
