So i finished the battery relocation today and after i connected all engine grounds i tried to start it, as you can see the car has power but the fuel pump wont prime (im going to take it apart to see if its good or not) and when i turn it to start i can see the lights dim but the engine wont turn over, could this just be a bad battery? its a refurbished battery from 2016 and i just recharged it for 15 hours. what else should i look for fixing because im super confused. BTW its an sr20 swap

Try putting some jumper cables to see if it will turn over like that

So i just got a new battery hoping it would help to turn the engine over and it didnt help anything, so i took out the starter and while i was down there i saw this plug and didnt know what it went to so i took a pic http://imgur.com/gallery/ltNFu i was looking into how to test an sr20 starter and i saw a picture with a wire coming OFF of the starter solenoid. the only wires i had attatched to my solenoid were the ground and 12v from the battery, is this plug what i need to get the engine to crank over? if so do you know where i can buy the wire for it?

Thanks for the update. As you already had an open thread for this topic, there was no need to start a new one. Merged.
