Wont turn over

well i finalley got my swap in and finished except the trans harness ,and i went to start it up and it wont turn over !! what could be the problem? when i turn the jey i hear a clicking sound in the fuse box by the intake but it just wont turn over,i checked to see if maybe it was the battery but it was fine . is there more than one wire that is supposed to be hooked up to the starter? i only have a hot wire running to it,does it have a ground wire or somthin else ? ANY help is appreciated since i have to have a vehicle by wen. becouse my little 90' protege's transmission went out on me yeasterday

yeah.....theres two...that single lead clip and a ring terminal held on with a nut.

Any lower wiring harness will have that.

that's the hot wire. you kind of need it to get the thing started.
