I have seen the maf going bad after some dude decided to clean it by using the air pressure gun lol, that thing didn't stand a chance and was wondering how come the car wasn't reving lol (ripped off the small coil that measures the air temp/flow inside the maf)
What do you mean by , "cleaned the MAF sensor with eletric cleaner" are you refering to the alcohol type spray that cleans electric/electronics components, if so thats fine.
You might have a bad ignitor, if you were driving and the car starting hesitating and running on 2 or 3 cylinders, usually it is a bad coil or bad ignitor.
