wont shift out of 2nd???

im saving for a sr20 and just picked up a 95 240 to drive while i save for it and i cant fig out why it wont shift of 2nd.

. I really just want to know if anyone has had this problem before. I threw a code for shift sol. B so im pretty shur it might just be that but i wanted to know if you guys had any other ideas.... All clust guages didnt work no power to them on green wire??? 7.5 fuse checked all good ??? maybe part of it.......

Anyways i jumped power to it from the clock for now so all guages work now but maybe its something to do with it any help appreciated.
