Well heres the deal I replaced the engine and now the engine starts really hard and to keep it running it has to be floored, but when its floored it only revs to 1k

Could it be a vac leak

you need a timing light. you hook up the 2 aligator clips to the battery, then you hook up the 3rd to #1 plug wire, crank the engine, point it at the crank pully, you will see the timing marks, set it to specs, they should be on the underside of the hood

BUt the real deal is that come to find out the #1 cylinder had a crack in the top of the piston and it finally blew a hole and got jammed in the crank and threw a rod.

Sooo if yah know where I kan get a ka24de for around 600$ that would be nice

thanx and it was the timing that was way off

sounds like you tagged a valve since it was so far out of time. that is likely what blew the hole in the piston.

I dont understand your "Your really funny" post. He gave you direction on how to check your timing after you asked?????

Did you install either of these engines yourself? Because I should hope you would know how to bleed anything if you did it yourself.

Same as bleeding brakes. Pump, hold, have helper open and close bleeder valve. Repeat.

As for the clutch pedal height, a search would have revealed that there are two nuts on the clutch fork that you can adjust to make the pedal higher and lower.
