wont pass inspection i need alot of help

ok heres the run down i have a mid year 90 hatch i bought it about a week ago and the dude i got it from had a trailer hitch and brake light hooked up to it while i was trying to change out brake bulbs that were blown one of the wires for the trailer lights contacted the body and next thing you know the door chime stopped my radio went off the exterior lights went out and i knocked the bat that was holding the hatch up out by accident and it slammed the hell out of my head kinda figures but hey so i just said screw it no big deal fuse right well i checked all the fuses only one was blown and that took car of the exterior lights but the door chime radio clock and the interior lights wont work and to make matters worse the auto seat belt wont work unless i have my key turned to the on pos and the clock will come on only with the key on and the door closed if i open the door it goes off and resets im pretty much stumped ive check all the fuses i had another tech friend come by and he was about as mind f***ed as i am so if anyone could help id greatly appreaciate it and not to big too much a pain in the a** but if anyone knows where i can find a skyline tail light kit from id love to know thanks in advanced

Bump never mind i found out what the problem was the dink that installed the trailer brake light system used a male adapter piece to wire the lights instead of hard wiring them in and it bent the prongs on the inside of number 13 in the fuse box so the fuse wasnt making contact on both sides
