wont idle when tps is unplugged?

cars been having plorblems. went to check timing and when i unplug the tps to set timing it just dies. its running rich at

idle 10:1 and lean under throttle anywhere from 13 to 17:1. not boost leaks vacuum leaks i can find tried two mafs(both

might be bad tho unknown) checked plugs and gap, ls coilpacks (not missing), tried another ecu, checked fuel pressure,

stock tune and boost and everything but exhaust and fmic. Im lost
