wont go into gear

hi there newbie here my j30 wont go into gear when i start car it makes loud wining noise and wont respond when i try to put it in any gear helpppppppppppppp

doesn't sound good at all.

I'm assuming you have checked the fluid level ?And is the fluid fresh(pinkish) or a burnt brown color ?Could also be a clogged filter starving the transmission.
