wont boost pass 11.5 psi ??!?!!?

rb20 with rb25 turbo arc bov (spring all the way tight) greddy profec b-spec2

i dono what to do checked for vacuum leaks by spraying EVERYTHING in the engine bay with brake parts cleaner... nothing.

@ wot it will almost instantly get to 11psi then it will stop climbing and just kinda chills between 11 and 12 psi i even maxed out settings on the profec... same... 12psi tops with profec off it does 9-10psi wot

please help

wtf are you doing! U don't wanna hit 12psi! It's gonna explode/disintergrate the exhaust wheel. (its made of ceramic not a steel blade). It might live for a few months but will blow up. Keep it at 10 and be happy. You wanna go passed 12psi get a real steel exhaust wheel turbo.

i read about quiet a few people running 14-15psi on it but if this blows then it would be a good show to watch whats a used turbo i can use to run about 16psi on? looking to make 300-350whp. shouldnt be a problem with how this engine was built

No they have a smaller exhaust inlet. it looks like a t3 but its smaller.

And i dont know what kind of couplers your running but they look like cheap crap! They have no reinforcement in them!

It probably exploded for the same reason it wouldn't boost more than 11psi before. It already had a tear in it. It just got a lot bigger. BTW, I run almost 30psi on ebay couplers with no problem.

they were cheap ebay crap. no reinforcement. didnt have a choice this time, had to get car driving. my friend gave those to me. he gave 2 90* once, i blew up both of em. now im running factory Volvo couplers
