I just noticed this earlier today. While driving at night, my cluster lights went out. Upon arriving home, my tail lights wouldn't light up with the headlamps on. Though, they did light up when I hit the break. Here's what I've discovered...

No lights (day mode deal): Tails, and turn signals work fine and normal.Set to parking: Parking lights do not light up, nor the cluster.Set to headlamps on: Headlamps open and light normally, cluster doesn't, nor do the tails, unless I step on the brake.

P.S. the regular little red warning lights at the bottom of the cluster go on, but the rest of it doesn't.

First thoughts?

The blue fuse on the right side labeled 15. 3rd from the bottom IIRC. Jiggle it and check it.

I'll go do that right now.

I just can't figure this out right now, though. I mean, it's been working perfectly all year. What the hell?

Mine did the same thing. Went out all of the sudden. I'm pretty sure that fuse has been arcing this whole time and is burnt now. Good luck getting it out.
