Won't start

I did a search and all have the same situation but with a little difference so I am having trouble fitting my situation.

-I just put in the sr20 and hooked it all up myself-I wired according to "Heavy Throttle"-I double checked the wiring.-The motor cranks just fine and I get power to everything-I put in new spark plugs and I am getting a spark

-there are 2 plugs with 2 different ends on them that I don't know where they go. The are on the harness right next to the firewall, just after the ignightor, they are both 2 wire plugs, one is an L shape (it looks like the plug that goes into the MAF) the other is a standard square plug.
