Won't start after driving

I have a 1996 conv with 113,000 miles. When the engine is cold it starts and drives normal. When I stop and turn the engine off and try to start it while it's warm it doesn't want to start. Can't determine if it's not getting gas or if it's flooding.

Both symptoms would require very different diagnosis. You can put a fuel pressure gauge in at the fuel filter and see what the fuel pressure it to see if it's getting any. Flooding could be a lack of spark like maybe a bad CAS or weak PTU and connectors.
