Won't pass 3800rpm, Speed meter & HUD not working, heater blows cold air.

Hello all, I just finished my SR swap and have ran into a few problems.

1: It won't pass 3800rpm (I already swapped the MAF with a new one with no change)

2: Speed meter & HUD not working (worked before I started tearing down the KA. Already checked the speed sensor plugs and harness, is OK)

3: Heater is blowing cold air?

Ok so I swapped the MAF with no change and also checked the ECU (mine is a #E6) for any codes and it flashed "55" I looked that code up and I got "consult a technical guide or technician (other problems). Last ...ok..sorry for the nub question but the heater is not working and I don't know if it is the thermostat or the way I pluged the hoses into the firewall. Here's a pic of the heater hose's,..please let me know if this is the right way to install them (the upper one is going to the outlet closest to the block...the one you have to use the 180deg hose on the back of the block... the bottom one is going to the outlet that comes out of the center of the intake manafold.

I feel like I have a lion with a splinter in his big toe...Please help..

hey ur at the AFB! im on campus at UND, i come out to the airport all the time to fly, ive had a couple run-ins with ur 135s. id like to see ur car if u dont mind, a sight for sore eyes since i left mine in NY, wont see it till march. lemme know maybe i can help in person, im not much of an electrical type, but i can see wut i can do

I'm wondering if my problems are coming from my ECU? Since mine is for an automatic "E6", could this be the problem?

SR20DET ECU breakouts:

E5 is from a 94-96 180sx blacktop 5 speed E6 is from a 94-96 180sx blacktop automatic WC is from a 94-98 S14 Silvia 62 is from a 91-93 180sx or S13 Silvia 5 speed 61,63 is from a 91-93 180sx or S13 Silvia automatic J4 is from a 97-98 180sx Type X 5speed

Any thoughts?

Could a leaky intercooler cause the 3800rpm max problem?
