Ok, i installed z32 calibers, brand new rotors, brakes lines, new brake booster and new z32 MC reservoir and bleed. Problem is why won't my brakes work? When the car is off, the brakes are very very stift. Right when the car starts, it gets very very soft. Pressing in the brakes don't do anything. It has to be flush with the ground and my foot all the way down the pedal to barely brake. My front rotors don't even look like they look down. Because my rear rotors are shiny and fronts are not. Any idea or do i need to bleed the system more? Could calibers be jacked up or stuck? Theres no leaks anywhere.

sounds like the mc is either not bled properly or it is bypassing inside. if the calipers were stuck the pedal wouldnt really go to the floor with the car on. if you can get a buddy to help you one of you get in the car to push the pedal and the other stand outside and barely crack loose one of the lines on the mc and let the pedal go to the floor. tighten the line then allow the pedal to return. basically do that one line at a time until no more air bubbles come out. that will ensure the mc itself is bled well. after that go ahead and bleed out the lines and see how it works. it the problem persists try another mc cuz the one you have is probably bad...........

it's a stupid mistake that I made before, but check that the L and R calipers arent mixed up. If they are, the bleed screws will be on the bottom of the caliper rather than the top. This will cause it not to bleed properly. Simple and stupid, but worth a quick look

You gotta be kidding me!! So the bleed screw is suppose to be on top instead of the bottom? Looks like i got my calibers mixed up than.
