Won't line up.

Alright i have a ka24de in the car right now that was swapped in because the old ka24de was really dead witthout a total rebuild. well my problem is this is my first car and i am having soem issues lining up the lower half of the intake manifold what i'm tryin to figure out is if i am lining it up with the wrong holes or if maybe its just some hose/wire i'm not seein that is hanging up on its the bracket going to the engine block. and i have tried it wiith just the lower half of the manifold without the top.

More than likely its just a hose of some sort, it can be tricky getting it back in place from my experience.

I don't have a de, but if you are having a lot of problems maybe now would be a good time to invest in a new intake plunum setup? i would check for hoses and whatnot though and then if nothing loosen the connection to the block so that you can connect the two pieces and then tighten everything else
