Won't Idle

Alright so today I finally had some time to figure out why I couldnt fully rev the motor(not sure to what because my tach isnt working yet ha). Well redid the connections for the MAF and I was able to rev all the way. YAY. Ok so after I did this, the car wont stay running now, if I let off the gas it dies. It wont idle at all. Also this may or may not be related but when I rev it I can hear the turbo spool but my gauge only goes from -18 vaccuum to 0 or maybe 1lb of boost. Like I said not sure if that has to do with the idle issue or not but those are the 2 issues I am having right now. If anyone can point me in the right direction on how to remedy this it would be appreciated. thanks.
