Won't idle... help!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Okay guys, help is definitely needed. My car won't idle. As long as the you're on the gas it does fine. There is an exhaust like smell from the engine. The computer isn't throwing any codes. I know it's not the MAF or anything to do with the tps. They both check out fine. I can't find any vaccum leaks either. Help please.

an exhaust smell, or a gasoline smell?

well, at first, it smelled sort of like gas, but now it has more of an exhaust smell to it.
