Ive Got my court date on the 30th of this month. Got a ticket of 44 over. Yeas thats 89mph in a 45 zone :slap which I WASNT DOING. The cop wouldnt show me an acurracey test or anything. He also failed to mark on the ticket that he showed me one, so that means its his word vs mine. So I need all the luck and prayer I can get so if any of you have any extra time, drop in a few words for me...I NEED THEM!

Good luck. They never trust people over cops, but since he wouldn't show you an accuracy test, you might get a little off. How far over were you anyway?

dude that really sux. sorry bout the misfortune!! cops are sometimes ****s. i dont' understand why. how old are you? if you are relatively young and are in a sportscar, he might want to try and teach you a bigger lesson or w/e by giving you that much of a MPH difference.

ya Im 18....he didnt like the fact that I had a better car than him...I mean come on, my friend was next to me IN HIS SEBRING!! Do those things even go 80?

hey sebrings are sweet cars i think. although there's this guy in my neighborhood who took his muffler off his sebring and put an apc sticker on his window to make people think he had some fart muffler. why would you ruin a sebring like that? some sebrings are nice though.

dont they have to show you whatever you want if you ask them?that sucks.im just about to get my license back, for doing 24 over.79 in a 55. by the way, im about to get another 240,but i have 2 in mind, both s13 but one is dohc and the other sohc.the dohc has 7k more miles, and they both seem to be in pretty good shape.which do you think i should get?i think dohc.sorry though to hear about the ticket.

it sux because I asked him and he just walked off, and he put on the ticket that I did not ask him for one, man, what an ***. So it goes back to being his word vs mine. Hopefully with a lawyer I can at least get a work and family driving pass.

oh yea,im 17.that makes a big difference.the lady that went before me in court was doing 105 in a 55, she didnt lose her license,because she was over 18.but yea,not much longer untill i geet mine back!!!!!!!!

Why are yall talking about losing your licenses? they take them away for speeding tickets now? Whats the deal with that?

when you go to the prosecuter tell him that the cop wouldn't let you see it. tell him you asked him more than once.
