Wiser Wheels Center caps

I picked up a set of 17" Wiser wheels but upon arrival, I discoverd that the chrome plated centers were peeling and that the center cap on one wheel was pretty busted up. I've searched around but I can't find any information on Wiser wheels. The date stamp on the back of the wheels is from 1996 so maybe the company is gone now?
