I just moved back to the Iowa City area from So-Cal. I have an 89 coupe with sr20. I do paint and body, pretty much anything if any one around here is interested. Does anybody get togther around here?

Ahahaha u noe what's funny. My motor's blown too! We're Twins! LoL. Actually its close, but my motors not blown, my valves are bent and i have to get a new head, but for now my car's just sitting in my garage..Yea if ur ever in La Crosse give me a ring. Im actually goin to school in Riverfalls of Wisconsin, thats located in western wisconsin.

There's metal shavings all over in my engine, im just going SR20. But yeah, i'll definitely let you know if I ever head up that way.

well, i have been working since i was 8, and working on cars since i was 13, then bought a crashed civic and fixed and turboed it on my own, then sold it for the 240, then slowly pieced together a turbo kit, it isnt much, kinda ghetto, but it works for now. when are we going to have meets near madison. i live about 10 minutes from it. or is anybody going to import wars in milwaukee, the great lakes dragway on the 24th of this month i think, i want to let my car loose there. email: [email protected] AIM sn:luckycharmrus

Anybody know of a Dyno in the Madison or Milwaukee area?

nope...im pretty sure madison doesn't have one, but milwaukee's pretty big so it could have one. If u guys are up for it, illinois is an option..

milwaukee does not have a dyno. beeyond engineering was planning on getting one but they are going to move first. and have not moved yet. there is a dyno somewhere in greenfield but i dont know where. ill ask donni at all about speed. i forget to everytime o go there. ther has to be one around heres.

midwest hybrid on the east side of madison and dyno tune, idk where but its in madison also each have 1. no all wheel but that shouldnt matter for u.

Ok, so i found this midwest hybrid place, but in there forums they posted last month they dont have it yet, and are moving...

The 2nd place is actually called dyno tune? cant find anything on it...

yea. im sorry for even posting that though, i would not recomend it at all, they are very shady, they are known for cheeting the contract and steeling parts. i know in about 2 or 3 months midwest hybrid is getting an all wheel dyno. at least thats what they told me. how can milwaukee not have a dyno. i know they have to have at least 1. so keep looking or asking others!

borchards. spelling? it's on 27th street near rawson ave. i beleive (milwaukee area, franklin i think)just don't let them work on your car (i hear)

MRAZ auto in Brookfield has a dyno.. otherwise just across the illinois border at Speed Quest... Thats where i had my s15 swap tuned... good price and real nice people. I have been dealing with them for a couple years now... oh
