yea ill bump this cause wisconsin's where its at. I didnt see any great cars there when i was in Green Bay in december, or in milwaukee last august except a nice starion and 1 single 240.

who owns the maroon 240 in milwaukee near bayshore mall... nice car.

I am from WI and I just wanted to say that I feel sorry for all of you still left there.. Don't get me wrong WI is great and all but if you want to drift and be a part of a scene that exists at all then AZ is where it's at.

How would we get this started? Would we be able to let some company/business/ whatever, let us use thier parking lot? How would we do this? This could be a great meet if we are able to make it happen. Post your ideas!

well, i am south of madison. There might be a few in madison. But as far as convincing them to let us drift in thier parking lot, that might be a different story.

i retract my previous statment theres a old abandon Sentry that has a sweet barking lot but as far as finding out who owns it is beyond me. one thing we can do is offer rolling advertisement(stickers on our cars) in trade for there parkinglots on the weekends?

even though i no longer live in WI i may have an idea for you guys.. You all probably know of the drag track in Eau Claire.. The guy that owns that makes almost no money off of it and does it for the love of the sport.. I even know a couple people who know him personally.. He would probably be a great guy to get ideas from and could help you guys find an area to do it in.. If it werent for him rock falls would have been shut down years ago..

The drift practice and event at Road of America is being put on by Clubfr.net. You can register at http://www.myautoevents.com, I believe there is only room left in the event but there will be lots of practice time before the event.

I talked to phill and he said that there is only room for the event. Oh well maybe next time. Im more for the practice, because of my lack of actual track time.
