So. I did the auto to manual swap, but I kind of screwed myself because at the same time I did the E to DE swap with a 95 motor. Car won't roll over and the fuel pump isn't priming, it isn't doing anything actually. I have lights so that lets me know that I atleast have power. Oh, black white to black yellow is also jumped.

I spoke with XAT Racing down in Florida and the man that does all the wiring, forgot his name, said that if I have the plugs that are mounted onto the fusible link box on the passenger fender well that it should atleast roll over. The problem with that is I am missing those plugs do to them being on the SOHC motor that I sent to the scrap. I followed the wiring diagrams in my Nissan manual and it said all those plugs were for A/T related stuff. That is why I didn't think I would need them.http://nissaninfiniticlub.net/...d.jpgThese are the plugs that I am talking about.

The only thing that I have found is that in these instructions:zerothread?id=77784There is some other wiring, yet that doesn't say anything about making that car start. I just need a some guidance before, I completely redo my wiring.

the 5spd and the engine swap wirings are done on different harnesses. The 5 speed done at the transmission/alternator/starter harness and the other done at the engine harness and is for the most part at the front two plugs at the fender (brown and grey).

How did you butcher the wiring in the first place?

I didn't actually butcher anything, after my swap those plugs didn't exist. Am I missing like a lower engine harness or something? I am just lost at wiring and this thing was pieced together from so many other cars.

Your lower harness runs to the transmission, starter, alternator, and a few of the plugs around the fuse box.

It still doesn't run. There really isn't a lower wiring harness the starter plug comes from the engine bay harness, I looked at a few cars at the junkyard to be sure one being a manual. So I called XAT Racing and the main wiring guru (I forget his name) said that I need the auto harness plugged in. I just got that harness this past weekend. I also unplugged the modules behind the ECU, the automatic speed control ones. Could that have something to do with it?

wait what? there's no harness from the starter and the transmission? You may need to look at the 5 speed conversion sticky at the top of the tech section. I put it up there with awesome write ups for both the S13 by a fellow mod, Bart and an incredibly detailed s14 write up by a fellow Niconaut Nightkid. Check em out for your current wiring situation. Having a look at some working 5 speed conversions might help you along your way.
