OK. So. I am lost beyond belief.
I have a 1991 QX4 VH45 with harness and ECU
going into a 1991 R32 Skyline.
I have a feeling the QX4 and Q45 harnesses are different. I have some info on the R32. I have the pinouts of the 3 plugs under the dash by the ECU, I have the Engine manual for the R32, as well as the R32 ECU pinout, plus the info from v8nissans.com
I have no idea where to begin. I was trying to mesh together the s13 wiring diagram available here, with a s13-rb20 wiring guide, but am lost there as well.
Any help anyone could give would be awesome.. I want to get this thing running!

hey man this is a diagram from the 94 fsm. q45.
if u dont have a digital multimeter get one! make sure it has the continutity eg bell function so u can trace wires figure out whats what.
so from looking at this diagram... canister control valve, egrc solinoid vale, aac valve, vct solinoids and 02 sensores all need a 12v feed from the ignition switch in on position. (these can be parralleled up from one feed...get that meter out and find it.)
Pins 58,49,59,109,16,45,43, 18 are all 12v volt feeds and can be traced on the top left corner of diagram to c where they come from. then pretty much sort the fuel pump relay out and feed for the injectors, just study the diagram and follow the paths for each thing. make sure u know how a relay works and what side is the contact and whats side is the coil. pretty much all the other crap is powered by the ecu once u got the feeds sorted.
most of the wires u need are found on that plug that u circled in pic ie fuel pump ect. Where the feeds are parralleled up in diagram this is usually in the harness so may help to untape the whole thing if u get lost.
