Wiring up the blower motor

A bit of a task at my hand. I'm sure the climate control module is bad. Clock works, but the blower motor doesn't turn on. So to my question. My 84 NA, she needs heat this winter. How would I go about wiring up the blower motor to work and provide me heat? I know a lot of the assembly is vacuum actuated and that's got me quite a bit confused. Assuming I have no issues wiring up the motor to a toggle switch with your help, how would I be able to use that to provide heat? Thanks.
