my friend just got his ca installed and he did all on his own not know how to wire a motor in, he went to forums like this one and figured it out. well ive been looken around and found some helpfull tips but it seems the more and more i look the more and more wires i have to cut extend solder do all sort of things is there and where were i can get a simple expenation on how to wire in a ca

i was reading on this one and some one said that the ca and sr wiring is pritty similar will this one work for my ca

I went through the above website and they mention that you need to cut and extend the O2 sensor which it not true.

the only thing you need to extend is your MAF wires.Every thing should be plug and play.You need to cut three plugs, the white plug that goes to your dash.the two plugs that go behind your battery on the passenger side fender.

are the sohc ka wiring harness the same as the dual cam ka wiring harness

i have a single cam just wondering if i would have to do a little bit more wiring.

It doesn't make a difference whether on you have a ka24E or 24DE when it comes to wiring.

But if you have the 24E, you need to relocate your ps reservoir from the passenger side to the driver side.

thats nice to know i was going to put the power steering lines on the driver side anyways because i was planning on putting a dual cam in it, thanks for the help
