wiring swap and stufffsss....

Hi guys I am new here just started rebuilding my z32 and I am doing couple of things right now i got the car 2 years ago from some shady autoshop up north main problem was transmission was trash and valves were beat up when the timing belt snapped, needed complete rebuild so why not rebuild it into a twin turbo and convert to 5 speed so i got pistons 8.5:1 comp got the block and heads done I have the 5 speed transmission, the clutch pedal with master cylinder already installed, putting the engine together and while messing under the dash noticed that main harness has lots and lots of ghetto rigging and splices and dash wont light up right so I went to the scrap yard got me a same year (1990) but TT MANUAL transmission harness I put the wiring together everything worked BUT one connector specifically (I think not 100% sure) M60 to E110 black connector e 110 connector from "engine room" is there but the new TT manual transmission harness doesn't have the m60 black connector on it so I am not sure if I just f*** up or if that's just another connector used for A/T besides the huge blue A/T control unit connector
