I was changing headlights as I turned it on the wire I forgot to unplug from the harness made a couple sparks on top of the engine. Now car has no power gas pedal all the way down rpm only goes to 1900, car barely moves only goes about 5mph. Car starts and runs fine engine light and traction control light on. Codes P0222, P0123, P2135... ive Check all the codes and they all come back fine i don’t know what else to do. Anyone help please. 2017 Nissan Altima 2.5
