Car: '98 Infiniti QX 4 w/266,000 mi.

I have been trouble shooting an electrical issue on a '98 qx4. Comparing with the schematics found in this forum (thanks for this site)! I am looking at a white thick wire with a red and a green wire inside of it. The schematic doesn't specifically reference this wire, can anyone help identify (I am trying to avoid stripping the casing off these strands due to age of the brittle casing.
