Wiring Question

I just put my sr in the car today, I need to finish running all the lines and wiring now . The question is, there are three plugs coming out of the back of the passenger side fuse box, The bottom I jumped for my auto to manual swap, the middle one I found one of the SR plugs to go into but I can't locate any other plugs that fit the other two. Is that right?

the top and bottom can be left empty. the middle one is for the transmission sensors.

I think he is referring to the ones closer to the wheel well not the ones on the engine side. if not than thats right. If youre talking about the ones near the wheel well theyre not used.

I am talking about the ones that are closer two the back of the car. The three plugs arranged in a vertical line. I only have a connector for the middle of the three. This is correct?
