wiring question

Hey guys ,thanks for the previous help on the cam angle sensor,I believe i am about to get this car started.Here is the question.I am getting my 150mv signal from the cas through the ecu to the ignitors,although while turning the cas by hand I cannott hear any spark I believe my ignition side is okay.The problem is I have 12vdc sitting at each injector but while turning the cas I do not recieve ground pulses for the ecu to actuate them.does any one know what coud keep the ecu from grounding the injectors?
