So i bought a nissan 180 shell at the start of summer and rebuilt it with the parts from my total loss 240. I used all parts from 240 including bOth wiring harnesses. The only problem with doing this is the fact that everything is flipped as the 180 is rhd. Therefore had to lengthen quite a few wires. One of the plugs i lengthened plugs into a plug above the fuse box on the deivers side and has it seems like a hundred wires plugging into it. So to avoid confusion i would cut four wires at a time, tape the group of four wires together, and solder a 60 inch wire onto the end to reach to the female side of the plug right ontop of the fuse box. However, i have just run into a problem when i am soldering the the other side together. I have found that two green wires with blue stripes are in the same "group" and unfortunately i cannot decipher which goes where. This is my problem and i cant find anything on the service manual or online that has a labelled diagram of what these wires do and where they go. With the info i can follow both wires through the harness and be able to decipher which one to solder to which. So first of all, how do i add pictures so i could give you all a visual on which wires i am talking about ?

the two wires on my thumb are the two wires.

the two coloured squares on the diagram are the wires that i need to find out where they go. If anyone has any knowlege on this or knows of how i can find out that would me alot.

In the repair manual online they call this S.M.J connector. I also found a super multiple junction diagram, however no index to go with:

if anyone has index please post!

B12 - Pu - Signal wire from TCU to Wiper motor.
C10 - G/L - Power from fuse box to Inhibitor switch (A/T model only)
F2 - G/R - Fuse box power to light switch
I1 - B/Y - Fuel pump relay -> Fuel pump
I3 - R/G - signal wire from the highbeam circuit. The wire splits inside the harness and goes through C1 and I3. C1 goes to the dash cluster to light up the high beam indicator. Where I3 goes, I have no clue as I don't have a body side of the SMJ to tear apart yet to finish the trace.

Thanks so much! The only discrepancy with my smj and your info was that F2, I1, and I3 are all the same colour of wire: light green with black stripe. However, that is irrelevant if I have the destination of those wires. Thanks a bunch.

Just remember, my diagram is for a USDM model. I have no clue which wire goes where on the JDM SMJ.

So I traced back I1 and I3 to figure out which on is which and it turns out one goes to windshield wiper fluid resevoir and the other goes to the windshield wiper amplifier. Unsure how to identify..
