wiring problem???

Ok I hooked some jumper cables up to my battery post just to see what all worked. And there is no engine in the car but that dont matter. Anyways the only thing that worked is the headlights. They didnt go up or down, I had no cluster,any interior light at all, or tail light. So I checked my fuses and bulbs there all good. So is this a bad wiring problem???

Seeing that there isnt an engine you are missing a few grounds and that would affect the other lights and things...I am somewhat guessing but, that would make sense. Plus, if the battery isnt charged completely not everything is gonna work.
