wiring problem pls help

i just put a sr20 in my 240 and when i go to start it wont. it does spark and it does fire but the car will not start. the fuel pump is new and hooked up the right way, the harness is hooked up completley, the engine has all its ground points, the timing should be good i never adjusted it. i have no idea can any one give me a clue of to what is stoping my car from starting

If you are getting spark and fuel, then timming is off, reset it.

Three things to check: Fuel, Spark, Battery. But sometimes wiring. Are you getting fuel into the chamber? Fuel lines on backwards? If you didnt touch the CAS or timing chain then dont mess with it. It is very unlikely that it changed.
