wiring problem after swop

whats up everyone. i just swoped my ka24de in to my new shell which is a 90 s13. i read the step by step fourm that is on nico, but the problem is on splicing the body harness connector. it says to cut the sohc connector and then attach the dohc connector and just match the colors. the dohc connector has a yellow/red wire that the sohc doesnt. the body harness from my hold shell is all choped up like different colored wires on same curcit. from previous owner. any ways so i cant use that one. does any one have any pics that could help me or a sit or fourm. the first pic is of the connectors that are on the dohc harness (that plugs in to the ecu) and the second pic is of the only 2 connectors on the sohc body harness that will plug in to the other connectors so im assuming thoughs are the connectors that i need to cut.im not sure if im just not understanding it or what. any help will be muchly appreciated.

NO man you DON'T cut those! just plug them in and you're good. the ones you have to splice together are under the dash!! So just plug those in and leave them be.

does any one have a pic of the body harness connector thats under the dash. if i can remember right its just that big *** connector that plug in to the ecu. if im wrong pls tell me.

thats the brown connector on the end of the harness that goes into the car.but in your sohc car that connector is going to be white and its located right on the rail under the dash on the passenger side near the ecu.i jus used the connector off the dohc parts car and pulled out the wires and pins and shoved them into the brown connector and i connected them together.the problem with my harness is that i'm missing the plugs that connect to these two plugs that looks like they go into what looks like a pcm?
