wiring/power fc problem

power fc does not power up w.o jumping power into it. i just rewired the car. works with stock ecu. but not with pfc. stock ecu has a .8v drop @15 volts between the battery and the ecu on all power wires. pfc only shows .6volts total on backup and .17v total on other power wires HELP

wooo... ive been playing with my car all day. now i that i have everything sorted out i thought i would check in. engine control fuse was blown... replaced... all is well. Power FC is suseptable to this problem, whereas the stock ecu will still function.
