You'll want the distributor, intake and exhaust manifolds from a S13 KA24DE. Incidentially, I can get those all for you pretty cheap. E-mail me at [email protected] if you're interested. Everything else, from oil pan to valve cover, will bolt in just fine, assuming it's going into a S13 chassis.

You may also want to get some S13 cams to better take advantage of the DOHC. You don't NEED them, of course... but the S14 cams in what is essentially an S13 engine are weaksauce. I can get S13 cams for you too... just let me know.

Also, if you have a 5-speed, you'll want to look up the auto -> 5-speed swap FAQs to see about wiring the transmission and the auto ECU. I mean, the car WILL drive, but you'll want to figure out little things like where to wire the reverse lights.
