wiring my reverse lights. What black and green wire??

Did an auto to manual on my 93 s13 and I have no clue what wires to wire. Everybody says the black and green wires on the inhibitor switch. Ok, look on the inhibitor switch and theres 3 green wires but no black! Maybe Im looking at the wrong plug. Look at the brown one, Hey look a black wire! but no green.

Could someone tell me (from right to left) which 2 wires out of the 7 on the inhibitor are the right ones? Im a little cornfused atm.
