Wiring issues please help

I have just triple checked my wiring. All is according to Heavy throttles wiring diagrams. My car wont even turn over. All I get is a clicking sound by the wiper fluid fill port from the blue thingy there. I read on a post somewhere that on a few guys wiring the colors werent an even match up. They had to swap a couple of wires for the car to crank. I need some ideas here on what to check for. Thanks.

check power at stater solenoid(black or black/white wire), and power at the starter motor.
