wiring issue

aye whats goin on guys, i'm straight new to this forum s*** so i'll get to it,i drive a 92 s13 hatch the car's chillin it runs fine and everything but i wanna take care of a little problem before i start upgrading the KA,the car runs fine like i said but when i park the car at home,mall,etc. if i don't pop the hood and disconnect the battery the battery still burns through itself as if the car was still on it's hurtful gettin stranded somewhere with a dead battery no one seems to know what the deal is so i decided to turn to these forums and see if anyone could lemme know whats goin on
