wiring issue or something just need help!!!!

the problem is that when i press on my brakes my side markers and side lamps come on without the lights being on. and second problem is when my lights are on the break lights stay illuminated as if i hadf my foot on the brake. and when i press on the break you can barley see them because they are already lit up. someone told me that it might be a grounding problem . if anyone has an idea please let me know.
