Wiring info needed.

I am trying to find out a few things wiring related on the Versa.

1. does the interment cluster use LED's for the security light that flashes in the center or is it a bulb?

2. I would also like to find the factory (I key) or remote box that sends signal to that security light.

3. The wire color to that light.

I can't answer your questions, but I'm curious... what is it that you're trying to do?

Service Manual pages BL-193 through BL-211 cover the system in some detail.

1) It's an LED.2) It comes from the BCM.3) On Combination Meter M24 positive is Green at terminal 27 and ground is Red at terminal 18.

I am hardwiring a passport 8500 radar detector and it has a button for mute I have to mount and there is a red led that I would like to incorporate with the security light in the center of the interment cluster.

I will put up a DIY if anyone is interested.

Hmmm, had I only known... Well, don't get overconfident with that radar detector there in California or you might be interred with your "interment" cluster!
