Wiring in 2010 Versa SL w/ Premium Package

Hey Guys,

I've been looking for information on how the connections are made in the 2010 Versa SL w/ Premium Package. I've been driving it for about 2 years now and I'm getting to think about replacing the factory radio with a carputer. I've seen the carputer thread on the forum. I want to do something similar except that I don't intend to use an aftermarket radio for audio but use the carputer for everything.

Does anybody know how the steering wheel controls (audio and bluetooth), bluetooth mic, speakers, and antenna are wired together? Is my integrated bluetooth mic part of the head unit? Or is it a separate module? If everything turns out to be hooked up to the factory radio with straight wires and no electronics in between, it'll make it easier for me to prototype a board to hook it all up to a computer.

I hope these aren't stupid questions, I've done a few searches but I wasn't able to come up with anything. I Googled wiring diagrams for bluetooth mic for versa but got nothing.

I'm no expert in electronics. But you should downloaded AV.pdf from the FSM. It breaks down the whole system for you. Good Luck.
