WIRING HELP! s14 SR20DE swap/ Auto-Manual Conversion s13

I need help. S14 SR20DE (non turbo) with manual trans in s13 that was an automatic. I've already got the motor mounted, clutch pedal mounted, clutch master cylinder mounted, the motor already had a slave cylinder on it and full wiring harness with ECU and MAF. I now am stuck. I don't know where to start with the wiring. I've searched high and low for detailed pictures or diagrams and still not able to decipher it. I don't know which part of which harness to use. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Gracias

Are you having problems with figuring out where the plugs go?

Yea and which plugs to change up. The wires in my s13 harness don't match the wires I've seen in diagrams. And I'm doing s13 - s14 ...

The plugs on the motor should be the same. Are you referring to the connectors on the sides of the fuse box?

Yea. Now its completely wired up but wont start. I am confused on wher the park neutral switch is. It might even be a bad starter. I didn't even think to ask if the starter worked. It doesn't seem to want to push start either. Motor barely turns and sputters out. I get reverse lighta and headlights only. No brake lights and. The headlights wont flip up. It just clicks when I turn the key. It could be any number of things. I'm lost.
