One of our members damesta offers this service for sr's as well as ca's. Has anyone used his services yet? I hate dealing w/ wiring issues so i figured 75+ shipping is a good investment. What do you all think???

The gauge cluster has nothing to do with it. The only gauge cluster requirement is that it's from a DOHC car. The wires are all the same color.

i heard you can use the same gauge cluster, if the back (circuit board thing) is blue. i believe the blue ones came in on 1990.5 > 1993 models, and should work since the green backing came only with 1989-1990 models. (sohc)

but my question is... why do some 1990 240s have a blue backing on the cluster since the blues mostly only came in the dohc 91-93s.... weird...

if you don't know what im talkin about, ill try to clarify ^_^ but since this probably has no connection with the topic, i probably won't =X

I am going to guess the 89-90's with blue wires would be the non-hud coupes and all fastbacks, green for the hud sohc coupe. Logical I believe
