Wiring harness question

I swapped my sr20 from my white car to my green car. The green one was an auto with ABS and Hicas. My Question is, should I have to change anything about the wiring harness since the car it came from didn't have ABS or Hicas?

Im not using Hicas anymore and I may not be using ABS either. I got almost everything connected but there seems to be a few extra plugs near the passenger side fuse box. I already jumpered the wires for the neutral switch but the car still wont start.

Please forgive me if this topic has already been covered. I searched but couldn't find the exact answer I was looking for.

HICAS, 5 speed swap, and ABS have no bearing on the EFI system.
