wiring harness question

im swapping out my ka24e for a de and ive ran the new wiring harness theres three connectors the ecu plug, a connector right after that, and a connector above the ecu connector. Ive already spliced the wires for one connector so it will plug in but i dont know what to do with this other connector thats white with black stuff wrapped around it, and it clearly doesnt plug up. So can some one tell me what its for and what i should do. thanks heres a pic of the connector im stumped on also [IMG][/IMG]

It might be one of those plugs that just doesn't have a place where it goes, it just sits there. But look around for anything near it that doesn't have a plug that it might fit into.

no i dont think its that because before the smaller white plug had a plug in it, and it had the same black stuff around it only it fit that big plug with the black stuff around it is part of the new harness and is in place of where the smaller one used to be i just wanna know what its for and if theres something i can do about it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIGURE THIS OUT NOW FOR 2 WEEKS I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW!!!!

But look around for anything near it that doesn't have a plug that it might fit into.

Or: FSM, at least try to do some thinking yourself, get a manual.
